New homes in the pipeline
Investment in repairs and maintenance
New homes added to our portfolio
We’re building more social and affordable homes through a growing property portfolio and strong partnerships with government, investors and developers. By expanding our housing supply, we’re helping more people access safe, stable homes and changing lives. We also invest in keeping our properties in top condition to support residents’ wellbeing and reduce our environmental footprint.

Our homes
We own and manage close to 3,800 homes across Sydney, one of the most expensive housing markets in the world. We added 181 new homes to our portfolio.
Our pipeline of projects has grown to almost 1,000 new units of social and affordable housing for delivery by 2029.
Quality homes, well maintained
Our Repairs and Maintenance teams work closely with our head contractor, Asset Group Services, to keep homes safe, comfortable, and energy efficient. By upgrading and maintaining homes before issues arise, we promote wellbeing for our residents and manage costs effectively, allowing us to invest in even more homes.

Impact Stories
Partnering for change: turning investment into impact through new supply
Bridge sits at the intersection of government, community and the private sector, creating lasting social value through social and affordable housing projects. This year, three strategic partnerships are driving real progress on housing security across Sydney.

Housing Australia: Funding the Future
Housing Australia is delivering the funding pipeline for generational change to Australia’s housing supply.
Through the Housing Australia Future Fund (HAFF), Bridge has already secured three new construction projects located in high-need areas across Sydney. These will deliver new social and affordable homes, create local jobs during the build, and boost local economies.
Homes NSW: Density Done Well
The NSW Government’s vision for “density done well” is being realised through a collaboration between Homes NSW, Housing Australia, and Bridge under the HAFF.
Together, we’re renewing a site in Maroubra into 144 modern, well-located homes – replacing 33 outdated dwellings across a 9,647m² site.
The project demonstrates how collaboration and smart re-imagining of public land can deliver more high-quality, energy-efficient homes near jobs, schools, and transport.
Invesis: Investing in Long-Term Social Impact
We’ve begun a long-term partnership with Invesis, a global social infrastructure investor and developer, to deliver our key housing projects. This partnership brings international expertise and sustainable financing to support more social and affordable homes in Sydney.

From idle asset to social impact: Meanwhile Use
The Meanwhile Use model is a strategic response to Sydney’s housing crisis, offering fast, flexible accommodation for people in urgent need. By partnering with community housing providers and support services, corporate landowners can deliver measurable social impact while preparing sites for redevelopment.
Retirement by Moran and Soul Patts partnered with Bridge Housing, Northern Beaches Women’s Shelter, and local homelessness services to unlock social value hidden inside the development approval (DA) process. Together, we are transforming vacant properties awaiting redevelopment into ‘meanwhile use’ housing for people on low incomes.
By turning idle assets into safe, fully furnished homes, the project provides stability, dignity and wraparound support while longer-term housing supply is being built.
“This model is fast, flexible and simple for corporate property owners to roll out. It proves that strong corporate performance and genuine community impact can go hand in hand,” said Dr Shane Moran, Founder of Retirement by Moran.
